When the Adlers moved back to Wisconsin after living in four different states, they were excited to discover Divine Redeemer and call it "home".  Mrs. Adler currently teaches one of the Five Year Old Kindergarten classes and is thrilled to be a part of the community and the mission of Divine Redeemer Lutheran Church and School.  Mrs. Adler strives to create a classroom environment that is both structured and fun, while tapping into each child's desire to learn and grow- spiritually, academically, and socially. Denise has a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Concordia University- Wisconsin.  Prior to spending a number of years raising a family with her husband, Brent, Mrs. Adler taught preschool at St. John's Lutheran School in Chaska, Minnesota, and taught second grade at Our Savior Lutheran School in Arlington, Virginia.  She has been involved with women's Bible studies, youth group leadership, and Vacation Bible School.  The Adlers have three children grown children who loved attending Divine Redeemer and Lake Country Lutheran High School.  Mrs. Adler's favorite thing about teaching at DRLS is being able to share God's love and make sure the children know that Jesus really is their best friend.  Divine Redeemer Lutheran School is proud to have such a gifted and talented teacher in Mrs. Adler.  Her talents were honored as she was a "Teacher of the Year" nominee by the Kohl Foundation Award.
